At Integrated Exodus Nigeria limited, we understand what it takes to have interaction with our clients. We listen to our clients’ expectations of what they really want in terms of their building project requirements and we make sure we deliver to their expectations. At Integrated Exodus Nigeria Limited, we offer advice to our customers in relation to the project, in the area of cost and financial involvement. Furthermore, we counsel based on the location, plan and the size of the building or project.
We follow the steps below in ensuring that accurate requirements are determined from the onset of the project.
1.Site Inspection – In most cases, site inspection is carried out to understand the topography of the land, the nature of the soil, and accessibility of the site.
2. The Design – As part of gathering the requirements, we ask the client what type of design they want and in situations where the client does not already have a design in mind, we engage with them with different design templates available in our archive to choose from and if the client has a design, our engineer can review the design with the client to ensure there is no flaw or problem down the line.
3. Time – Once the design has been agreed, the next step is to determine from the client when the project will commence and complete.
4. Programme of work – Depending on the readiness of the client, we map out the project schedule.
5. Costing – Following an agreed design, time and schedule with client, the next step is to produce a Bill of Quantities (boq).
6. Site – This is the commencement of the project.
